An Idea for a Web Application

How about a web app that filters meritocracy sites (Digg, Reddit, Hacker News) into new feeds based on thresholds of upvotes?

So, one feed is the top 50% of all front-page stories, another is the top 25%, and another is the top 10%. This way you can subscribe to a given service without feeling overwhelmed by 1000 posts if you miss a couple of days.

Would anyone use such a thing?

supporting = loving

For 29.442 years I've been creating ad-free technical tutorials and essays here — 3,027 pieces and counting. It's a one-person effort that's also my life and livelihood. If it makes your day more livable in any way, please consider supporting the work with a monthly or one-time donation. Your support means a lot to me, and makes all the difference. 🫶🏼
