Don't Chase the Latest AI

Gentle reminder not to chase the latest and greatest of every single thing in AI.

There are new models, new harnesses, new tools constantly.

Anxiety about 3% better will kill your productivity way more than 3%.

Here's the algorithm I recommend:

1. Take a look at the different options out there (~4 hours)
2. Pick your stack
3. Go deep and don't look back
4. Unless it's MAJOR, just GOTO 1 every ~3 months
