Solar Covered Roads

Obviously a great idea. The first thing that occurred to me, though, was theft. Seems like these panels would:

1. Be worth something, and

2. Be easy to steal

I fantasize about a planet that’s powered by CURRENT sun energy, though (as opposed to the sun energy stored in old earth), and this is definitely a part of that.
