A list of things to consider when using or not using AI

Given the speed of AI improvement and adoption, it's hard for most people to know what to be concerned about, and what to do about it.
In this resource I will present what I believe to be the top risks to both businesses and individuals regarding AI. I will order them by severity, and provide guidance on how to avoid the risks.
Personal AI Risks (PAIR)

| PAIR2 | Your Soul is Leaked Online | You trust your entire life, including your most private thoughts, journal, etc., to an AI service, and it gets leaked |
| PAIR3 | Failure to Use AI In Your Work | You don't learn AI well enough to compete at a particular job, and you get replaced by people who did |
