The Best Video You’ve Ever Seen of Water Drops

You know how skeptical I am of claims like the one in your title here, but you're right. Very cool.

My favorite PHOTOS of drops are of two perfectly-timed drops. The first hits the surface from more altitude than in the video here so when the splash collapses it forms a vertical column of water than becomes a small sphere on top of a thin column of water (like a golf ball on a tee). Just as it pulls itself into this shape a second drop falls and hits the top of the structure. It explodes sideways into a sort of fireworks display .. elevated above the surface of the main water body by that small thread of water. REALLY cool photos. I'm not sure where they might be online, but I have a couple of the prints here.

I like Daniel's and yours sounds awesome, too. Do you know of a link to it, maybe?

I don't know of an online source for the images I have in mind, but I found one example (not the best I've seen but pretty good .. and almost certainly created in the manner I suggested).

This next one is more or less the drop before the second one hits it (from a different source, but you get the idea). The images I have prints of (somewhere) are great ones.
