Transformers was one of the best movies that I’ve seen in many years. I was completely overwhelmed by its greatness. It was uniquely unorthodox — switching almost violently from a comedy to an Armagaedon-style drama — and then back again.

Most notable, however, were the action scenes. The only thing that compares was the first time I saw Matrix. The car chases, air combat, and robot-vs-robot battles were sheer inspired genius, and it even had a hottie and a romance to add flavor.
