No 1 seems distracting. understanding the cyberoffensive is good enough. I think security is defense of the home turf, which puts offenders at a natural disadvantage. any more pursuit beyond what is a defensive tactic is going to produce a net loss of productivity.

No 2, recruit each according to their abilities, normals, autistics, savants, and prodigies.

No 3., embrace responsible human cloning, while simultaneously punishing criminal use of human clones.

no 4., Cheat death with a purpose. If one's life is spent in the pure and sole pursuit of cheating death, one might want to kill every other living thing because they can be dangerous, or move to the moon and evade all sharp objects eating nerf food. Otherwise, do something with the extreme lifespan, don't just be a living human sponge.

no 5., Tempting. My way would be to kill off the warlords, just for starts. No, one better, STOP SELLING THEM WEAPONS.

No. 6, Empty the prisons, and grab a gun. Or, do we simply incincerate every prisoner until the prisons are empty?

No. 7, Slums, being a sociologically produced environment, are what they are because an area conforms to the demands of the residents. There is no way to save them. A ghetto will always be a ghetto, a barrio a barrio, and a slum is always dependent on the eyes of the beholder.

No. 8, Big league sports these days have a version of authenticity that approaches the level of authenticity that professional wrestling has. So, ultimately, who cares? Oh, Gamblers.

No. 9, Set up responsible, legal protocols for assisted suicide.

No. 10, Forget Medical Privacy while forbidding the media from reporting on such things. So, hold your breath.

    No. 11, Yes.

No. 12, (Which one's the clone, Robert Gates or William Casey?) It's the 21st century. Modern America needs at least a Septagon.

our media usually gives so much attention to the athletes,

singers and actresses who deserve recognition, but it’s nice
