I can’t help but think Bush has done that before. He moved like a Ninja on that first one.
The thing that amazed me most, though, was how still the other speaker was during the first throw. It was like he said to himself, “Shoe being thrown at someone, and I’m up here with George Bush. Nope, no need to dodge…”
