    Purified Guano Extract (P.G.E.).

For the first supplement; it's interesting that it's a soft gel, and it's also good that you report on it positively. I don't necessarily think that it's good because it's plant based. Some plant based supplements actually compete with natural elements in your body, but, still, this would depend on a case by case item. I also don't think you are likely to get all the amino acids you would want, unless they are from a non-pant based source, or they hokey up some look-a-like molecule, which being from a plant based source, isn't subject to FDA scrutiny.

Triple Strength fish oil? Why not? Sounds like it will cut down on how much you have to eat (just two less pills). Just eat them with crackers and you'll replace a sardine and kipper lunch. Does it have a fresh-from-the-sea, aftertaste?

Actually, one of the advantages is that this brand lacks the
    aftertaste (and fish burps).

Krill Oil instead of fish oil. Same active ingredient, 48X better.

I don't know if you're still doing jiu-jitsu, but if you are, you should probably be taking whey protein.

I'm glad you're taking a whole food concentrate, as they're said to be much healthier than normal multivitamins.

Fish oil is especially good for both the brain and the heart.

(In most developed countries, fish oils are prescribed after heart attacks.)

I'd say thats well enough for vitamins, but as far as general nutrition goes, see if you can find ways to add even more antioxidants to your diet.

Coffee, I kid you not, is the largest source of antioxidants in the American diet. And I'm not trying to imply that coffee has a lot of them; The average American diet just has too few.

The only other thing I'll say is this: A lot of people have snack cabinets full of crap, or snacks always out on the kitchen counter. At my house, we have assorted nuts and dried fruits out on the counter at all times, which we regularly snack on throughout the day. You can't go wrong with more of either, especially if they're a replacement for other snacks.

What, like deep fried and dipped in chocolate, right? Come one, man, where's the nutrition without the empty calories and indigestible cholesterol?

I dont know if it is so good that supplement your talking about especially because it is a soft gel. I think the best vitamins or supplements are the one's that are 100% natural.Almost all the products sold in different markets or other stores you can't trust them to be 100% natural.

Krill oil is better imho. Although it’s more expensive than fish oil, you get your money’s worth with its many benefits. It doesn’t even leave the weird aftertaste or the fish-burps anymore :) I get my krill oil supplements here http://krilloil.mercola.com/krill-oil.html

If I were to recommend another supplement, it’d be probiotics :) although it’s present in yogurt or sauerkraut, i think supplements are better because it contains the most beneficial strains. If you’re traveling, definitely take probiotics :D

Before, I always thought that fish oil is better then krill oil but this video changed my stand: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lj-ZnG3NoZY Watch it and you’ll understand the many benefits of krill oil. :)
