The New Blog

Ok, I’ll play along, here’s the new blog. I expect to post here semi-frequently on a variety of topics, and although it looks like I have set this up with Moveable Type, I am actually doing it manually. I am taking this on for a couple of reasons. Essentially, I am utterly obsessed at the moment with XHTML and CSS, and I am not happy with the way MT did a lot of the coding for this template I started with. My intention is to completely redo every line of code according to how I like things (and the W3C standards). It’s a bit obsessive, but I find it enjoyable. Ultimately though, the content is more important than the way it’s displayed, so the complete transition could take some time.
