Great, so the federal government just put into place a set of regulations that makes it harder for companies to find applicants. Nice. And this is all the name of “diversity”.
What exactly is this accomplishing? I’m going to assume it’s going to try and keep companies from hiring people that sound like they’re a certain race — which is lame in and of itself.
Again, fixing symptoms is idiotic; if you want to fix that “problem”, you need to address the reason employers have those feelings, not their ability to act on them.
