Sugar as the Bane of Arterial and Heart Health

    I agree. But maybe this represents a mechanism similar to a bomb. Fat can be the mass that inflicts the damage, (especially if it migrates and completely blocks the passage), but the sugar, (processed carbs), can be the blasting cap that triggers the rest to do their damage, little by little, until an event like an arterial earthquake happens.
