Sound fiscal policy.</p> <p>All these things will improve our economy, add jobs, and help lower crime.</p> Improving our reputation via non-interventionist foreign policy and diplomacy reduces our number of enemies, which reduces our need to fight wars.

Then we can actually start making things again, and selling them, and having people owe us money again.

Education. R&D. Sound fiscal policy.
