This actually works in favor on the companies in many cases because overseas engineering groups are more difficult to deal with than in-house. This doesn't get more americans working necessarily.</p> <p>$10k from retirement accounts - it's a really big assumption that people will use this money to pay off debt. That's giving way too much credit to people who spend beyond their means now.
