Quicksilver –> Google Quick Search Box

So I’ve finally dumped Quicksilver. It was inevitable, really, given the fact that the author of Quicksilver (Nicholas Jitkoff) now works at Google. It was just a matter of when.
His new project is Google Quick Search Box(QSB), and it has much of the same core functionality that Quicksilver has. It’s nowhere near as feature rich overall, but its advantage is that it’s an active project and Quicksilver isn’t.
Anyway, I just figured out how to use my quicksearch trick that I love within QS in QSB, so now I’m permanently switched. For anyone interested, you just:
- Invoke your quicksearch bookmark
- Tab
- Enter your search text
- Enter
So now I can search the following sites all from QSB:
