It focused on his rise in Chicago. Basically, he got started by throwing his mentor under the bus by challenging her (and his other opponents) signatures on the nominating process. IIRC, this left him smooth sailing into the state senate. At every step of his career, he only aligns himself with those that he will benefit politically. </p> <p>Obama scares me because you don't know what you will really get and I really don't understand why people take him at face value (he's a politician and a lawyer!). At least with Hillary, you know what you were going to get.
