In that instance, he'll be rewarded for his effort. So would a line of education built on a succession of exceedingly worse criminal violence, providing dominance almost every time, until this environment is saturated with this mindset, not only of one lone would be killer, but of thousands, those educated in being the marauders, and those educated in being victims.
