I&#039;ve been in traditional martial arts the last 2.5 years and taking an MMA class for the last 2.  I hear ya.  We bring in specialists into MMA so that&#039;s the only Jujitsu I get but it&#039;s good stuff.  We just had Steve Maxwell visit for a few weeks and he was amazing.  My key to it all it not doing it back to back during the week. I need at least 24 hours if not 48 between sessions or I&#039;m just cruising for a bruising....course I&#039;m over 40 now. :)  So you into BJJ or what?&lt;/p&gt;
