reminds me of the the DDR (that's Dance Dance Revolution) ranking system. It goes Noob, middling, advanced, dance god, 12 year old Japanese schoolgirl...Gaijin need not apply :)

But seriously, the GM exam is tough, especially the invisible part at the end. Remember that only 3 people have done it under TGM3 Terror!!

I actually played the NES version for a while (Gameboy had been out quite a while before I got one), so I got to see it in color.

...after that every other clone paled in comparison.

I once played the good old nintendo gameboy series back at hi school, starting off at 0, and playing thru level 9...

It was the first of its kind, and got a hero-ic appraisal from schoolmates. I have not played tetris since that day.
