iPhone 3GS Renders Webpages over 120% Faster than the 3G

There is one hell of a lot more cache to help the processor along on your new phone. L1 cache has gone from 32MB to 64MB and a whole new 256MB of L2 cache has been introduced. It looks like that sure does keep those processor cycles filled!

I can but guess that Apple has been observing the iPhone 3G; noticing that the CPU has been waiting on the main RAM; reducing its effectiveness...

I've not yet got to play with a 3GS yet - I hope I'm not all that impressed as I could do saving the cash right now :-)
