Google Sync for Mobile = Copious Win

I am now using Google Sync for my calendars, which means I have real-time integration between all of my Google calendars and my iPhone. Finally.

Now if they’d just get their acts together regarding contacts. I tried to use Google for my contacts as well (which is the end game), but they don’t support contact photos. That’s a no-go. You can’t mangle my contact metadata and be trusted with my stuff.

So, for the time being, I’m stuck with MobileMe for contacts, and Google for contacts. Once Google gets unstupid I’ll switch to them for contacts as well. MobileMe will be a distant, unpleasant memory.
