		<description>&lt;p&gt;If Apple does the following two things, I think the iPhone will continue to grow market share.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;(1) Improve the app approval process (speed it up, be less restrictive) -- of course one byproduct of their current process is that the apps tend to have a high quality look and feel (one of the selling points you listed).&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;(2) Get Flash working.  (I just ran the Acid 3 test on Safari on the iPhone.. and except for smoothness [speed] it got 100%.  I was IMPRESSED.)&lt;/p&gt;
