My buddy Steve Crapo has finally done what I’ve been prodding him to do for years: started his nutrition site. He is a fellow information security professional who has a passion for health and nutrition, and he’s amassed over the years an impressive understanding of how all the various diets, fads, studies, and research are linked together.
