Question: Why is Chick-Fil-A so superior to other fast-food restaurants?
The difference is like night and day. Their employees seem far more educated, more curteous, and far more motivated to do good work.
During the very busy lunch hour I see people bustling to get their work done. Smiling, being nice, working. What’s wrong with these people? Did they not get the memo on the American fast-food work ethic?
More importantly, why aren’t these people giving seminars on how to conduct a business? Why don’t they share how to find good employees and maintain high standards?
Anyway…just something I’ve noticed…
