Our trip to Boston was excellent. It turns out that there’s actually a really good reason for clam chowder to be called Boston clam chowder. They take it very seriously there, and it shows.
I found the history to be most invigorating. The town is, after all, the birthplace of our nation. Seeing the old stomping ground of people like Paul Revere was very cool indeed. All of this was magnified because I’ve been watching the George Washington special on the History Channel.
Anyway, very cool stuff. I took tons of pictures and in an ideal world I’d post some of them. Don’t sit and wait for them, though — it could be a while.
