    You can only do that if the current book is found interesting.Either way it will be a waste of time and effort. Try to read at the default times (like before falling asleep, in the wc, or in a spare time) that there will not be later activity. This worked for me just fine. As for the dvd’s i think you do that because you dont cherish and respect your collection. Hint, organise a lan party or a movie night with friends sharing the same tastes, and then you will find that collection of yours quite interesting. Years ago we had a star wars trilogy night in a vhs, that was a night to remember. I suggest a lord of the rings exteneded trilogy or anything that meets your liking.
