Of course weight, physique, and BMI are not overall indicators of health. I am slightly overweight, but I find that I am usually stronger and more active than most people I know of equal or smaller build than me.
Weight is not an necessarily and indicator of fat, nor does it tell us how strong our various muscles are. It also doesn't tell us anything about our mental health, which is extremely important to preventing or recovering from diseases, the ability to overcome dangerous obstacles (such as reacting to dangerous road conditions), and many other health issues.
I don't believe recommending thin people go to McDonalds is a good idea though. Instead they should make themselves a nice cup of chocolate milk (with whole milk), sit outside, and live a little.
